Stay top-of-mind all the time! Using FaithSpan's eNewsletter feature could not be more painless. In 5 simple steps you can reach hundreds of Email recipients with news, information and deals they can't afford to ignore.

STEP 1 : Your web site visitor signs up to receive your eNewsletter on your actual web site. Notice that they can opt to receive HTML format (for example, Emails with graphics) or Plain Text.

STEP 2 : Your web site visitor's Email address is automatically dumped into your own secure Recipient List which only you have access to. You also have the ability to delete or unsubscribe recipients at any time.

STEP 3 : When you're ready to send out an Email blast to everyone on your recipient list, simply click on the link within your editor called "Manage eNewsletters" and then click "Compose E-Newsletter".

STEP 4 : The rest is a piece of cake! Just enter in the Subject Line and then Paste (or type) your actual eNewsletter content into the text area - you can even include images and links to your own web site - and away you go!

Just click "Save & Send Newsletter." (Alternatively you can Save the eNewsletter to be sent at a later date when you're ready).

STEP 5 : Once the eNewsletter has been blasted out you'll get an immediate pop-up response telling you that it has been sent successfully!
