Customers MUST submit a ticket outlining any problems or questions. Phone calls will only be accepted if you have a ticket number.

Try us out for 30 days and if you don't agree we offer the best features  and support we'll refund your entire hosting fees, no questions asked. All cancellation must be in writing and submitted to our ticket system.

MEMBER SITE CONTENT CHANGES

WebControl reserves the right to make changes to Member Site upon written request by you to Customer Care to do so, such as through email, or upon breach of any of the provisions of our Member Agreement by providing you notice of such breach and reasonable time, determined by WebControl  at its sole discretion, to rectify the infringing content.

SUPPORT SERVICE AND UPKEEP
WebControl is an information provider connected to the Internet, offering storage, file transfer services, and web hosting through access to its servers.
The Customer is responsible for acquiring and maintaining all equipment and software necessary to connect to and make use of WebControl's services. WebControl specifically disclaims any liability or responsibility for the software used by the Customer in connecting to and making use of WebControl's services. WebControl also reserves the right to remove any or all web pages or components which are dimmed to cause server errors.
 WebControl reserve the right to provide web site support only to  Customer that have an active written support agreements.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining current and complete backups of all Customer-owned files, data, and other information stored on WebControl's servers. WebControl will not be responsible for the loss of any Customer-owned files, data, or other information for any reason whatsoever.
Parts of the Internet may periodically experience downtime. WebControl cannot guarantee connectivity to networks outside of its control at any given time.
WebControl will make every effort to ensure that its service is available at all times and servers may experience downtime due to monthly maintenance on Operating Systems such as Linux and Windows in applying latest vulnerability patches  and updates.    
Domain registration services are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

Domain registration services in the .COM and .NET top-level domains are provided in accordance with the .COM and .NET Registration Agreement and are subject to the ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
